About

Poetree Creations was inspired by two people who decided to develop an idea initially from a business course.

The business idea did not develop into a profit-making idea as the current climate did not allow this.

So we decided to take the passion of poetry and develop this creative art and turn it into a workshop and a

successful international poetry website.

By this time we had a committed group of poets who wanted to also promote their work and to have their work

published to the world.

Over a period of two years we grew and eventually gathered 7,000 subscribers.

We found that we had to move to a new website as there wasn’t enough space where we were.

We are developing all of the time and we probably have too many ideas to cope with, however this is the positive side to Poetree Creations.

We would like to thank everyone for following us and would like to wish you you all  good luck in the future and ask you to visit us again,because we are developing like our tree, growing new buds all the time.

    Hi Poetree Creations!

    I have been following your blog for sometime and really enjoy all your posts. I am quite a keen poet myself and I have just launched a campaign on my blog called Tackling Racism With Haikus. I aim for bloggers to use poetry and words to fight against negative things in the world, like racism.

    Thanks for following me at Madbooklove.com! When I was much younger (up through high school), poetry was definitely my thing (both writing and reading), though I’ve fallen out of it through the years. Not sure if I’ll ever pick up the pen again (never say never though), but I’ve got a collection of Sylvia Plath’s poems awaiting me, and I’m looking forward to reading all you have to offer on your site.
